Refund Policy
RETURNS POLICY
You have up to 30 days following your purchase to obtain an exchange or refund, depending on the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be :
- Being unused,
- The box must not have been opened.
- You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.
The following products cannot be returned:
- Prepaid cards and gift cards
- Large Appliances Open Box and Watch Case
- Services, deliveries and installations
- Cellular and wireless devices
Return products open box
You have up to 10 days following your purchase to obtain an exchange or refund, partial for a product whose box has been opened. A fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged for the return of an opened product. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. The box and the product must be in perfect condition.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are therefore not refundable.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it or come and give it to us at 551 boul. Bois-Francs sud, Victoriaville
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
